LOVE it! Though I am the only one in my family who eats it Probably the reason why I haven’t tried cooking it myself…

@Marie, I’m Ilocana too. On the rare chances that I cook something with Alamang, like pork bingoongan or pinakbet, I make it when he’s at work. I eat it for lunch. More for me I say, hehe. I’m hoping to win the lottery too someday. But I need to buy tickets first

WOW bonggang kitchen! My DREAM kitchen slash dining room… assuming I won the lottery and I get to design my own home, is like yours. In fact I want my kitchen separate from my house, para bang may mini resto kung baga sa aking bahay… LOL, pag kakain kailangang dayuhin hahaha… in case we cook something with bagoong, di kakalat sa buong bahay ang amoy LOL.

Cooking is like therapy for me. Just like buying shoes hehehe… however, I am so into cooking that when I travel, I look for places to eat first before hotels LOL. So If I have my dream kitchen/dining, separate from my “main” house, I would probably live there na. I am an Ilocana, and I promised my husband I won’t cook anything stinky when he’s at home.. hehe with my dream kitchen, I can cook anything and everything even he if is home LOL… hay… sarap mangarap!

I just finished making these pancakes and they are absolutely DELICIOUS!!! The first time I ate something like this was in an American-style dinner in Paris. Ever since then I’ve been looking for a great recipe to recreate them and this recipe was perfect! However, I did want to comment in the ingredients list, you don’t mentioned how much nutmeg should be added. Also it does not mention when to add the sugar, so I just incorporated it into the dry ingredients.
