Stuffed Tortellini & Broccoli Slaw Pasta Salad W/ Raspberry Vinaigrette
Cold pasta salads are good side dishes with grilled meat dishes during these Spring warm days which of course extend all the way to Summer season. This Stuffed Tortellini & Broccoli Slaw Pasta Salad W/ Raspberry Vinaigrette is similar to the Corabella 4-Cheese Tortelloni & Broccoli Florets Cold Salad and Tricolor Rotini & Broccoli Salad W/ Golden Raisins and Sunflower Seeds. In the two aforementioned pasta salads, I used Italian Salad dressing. This time around, I used raspberry vinaigrette dressing that I was so happy to find at the store just the other day.
And of course, this is another simple dish for the Corabella cheese-stuffed pasta that are just so handy for any day.
Turkey Meatballs In Corabella Mezzaluna Ravioli
I’m still going through the various Corabella pasta that I received from the company to try. The family is enjoying the simple dishes I’ve come with that’s for sure. This time around I used the Mezzaluna Ravioli to go along with the turkey meatballs. The raviolis are stuffed with 4 cheeses which includes ricotta and Gorgonzula.
Beef Rotini W/ Chick Peas
I love chick peas. I could eat by itself out of a can or in humus form as a dip for crackers. I once put it in a shepherd’s pie and it was really pretty good. I figured I’d add it in a simple pasta dish using rotini shells and cut up cubed beef steaks. It was pretty good too.
Kraft New Homestyle Mac ‘N’ Cheese

I’m pretty capable of making macaroni and cheese from scratch like Creamy Mac ‘N’ Cheese W/ Crispy Bacon Bits but my husband saw this new Kraft New Homestyle Mac ‘N’ Cheese (Old World Italian with Parmesan & Romano cheese sauce) so he grabbed it to try. There was also a coupon from Food Lion so it only cost $1.
It’s very easy to make. Just follow the instructions from the package which comes with the macaroni and packets of cheese sauce, seasoning and bread crumbs topping. You still need butter, milk, and water for boiling the pasta.
Beef, Broccoli, & Shitake Mushrooms Angel Hair Lo Mein
I couldn’t think of a clever title to introduce Angel Hair pasta as the noodles I used for this Lo Mein. Beef, Broccoli, & Shitake Mushrooms Angel Hair Lo Mein sounded pretty good to me. Angel Hair happens to be my favorite pasta so I try to use it more besides making regular spaghetti, or baked spaghetti or Shrimp Alfredo out of it.
Guess what? You can use spaghetti noodles or Angel Hair to make Asian noodle-based dishes.
Corabella 4-Cheese Tortelloni & Broccoli Florets Cold Salad
I love cold pasta salads. They’re easy to make and are very substantial as a dish in itself or a very nice side dish for grilled meat dishes or hamburgers especially during the Summer season. Using the Corabella 4-Cheese Tortelloni pasta, I created a version of this Pasta & Broccoli Salad W/ Golden Raisins and Sunflower Seeds.

Corabella Pasta Giveaway
ATTENTION: This giveaway is closed. The winner has been announced.

Somehow, someone from Corabella Pasta found out about my post on the Tri-Color Four Cheese Tortellini last month. I love it when that happens. Anyhooo, they’ve contacted me via e-mail then sent me a case of other products to try. That case of various Corabella products arrived today and before I cook 2 packs of potato gnocchi for dinner tonight, I decided to share some of the pastas with 1 lucky winner. Find out how you could win all that stuff in the picture, after the fold…
Corabella 4-Cheese Tricolor Tortellini

I saw these cute small bags of Corabella Tortellini at the pasta aisle. 8.oz each bag to be exact. There were other flavors but I picked 2 bags of tricolor four cheese. All you really have to do is boil some water, add the tortellinis, drain, then add the sauce of your choice. I used 1 bag as a side dish to a disastrous baked salmon pie (I’d rather not talk about it anymore) so I didn’t add any sauce but just butter and sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Creamy Mac ‘N’ Cheese W/ Crispy Bacon Bits

I stumbled upon a creamy mac ‘n’ cheese with bacon recipe over at iVillage.com a few days ago. The title and picture were enough to inspire me to make my own. I didn’t even read the recipe. How hard could it be to make mac ‘n’ cheese with bacon, right?
