I made these easy appetizer dish for my sister-in-law’s Christmas party this past weekend. I really didn’t know what to make at first. I knew there were going to be a variety of chips & dips plus the usual party appetizers so I wanted something different but didn’t know what. I was scrolling Instagram and chanced upon tortellini skewers with mozzarella cheese and grape tomatoes. I was like, THERE IT IS!! I can’t remember whose Instagram it was but whoever you are, THANK YOU!

There’s no complicated recipe for these delish and easy to make Tortellini Skewers. It’s pretty much self explanatory. Just boil the tortellini, slice the cheese in cubes, and if the grape tomatoes are a little big, slice in half. Or use cherry tomatoes if available. Also, fresh mozzarella cheese would be even better. I wasn’t able to take a picture of this once we were at the party but there’s a basil pesto dip as well. You can make your own pesto or just buy a jar from the store(Delallo and Classico brands are my favorites).
