And sweet and sour is one way of cooking fish that I so love to eat. I remember my mother used to make escabeche with just plain vinegar, ginger, tomatoes and other spices and it does taste so good. Mother has a way of cooking that kids so missed it when we/they grow up. Like you, you cook really good!! ^_^
