		<description><![CDATA[Simmering in low-heat for 2 hours is the best way. I&#039;ve seen recipes where they bake cabbages in the oven, covered for an hour, uncover then bake for another 45 minutes to an hour. Or simmer for an hour, then continue cooking in the oven for 45 minutes. The thing is, they have to simmer for at least 2 hours :). Unless you&#039;re only making a few then maybe cut the time in half.]]></description>
