Domino’s Artisan Pizza: Spinach & Feta

I “won” this Domino’s Artisan Pizza 2 weeks ago through Facebook. Finally, I was one of the lucky ones who got the timing correctly. There’s a certain hour when you could enter and get 1 free pizza but it’s all about great timing. It doesn’t last all day and they give it to a certain number of entries.

So yeah, my hard work in stalking Domino’s in Facebook paid off. The process was easy once you get the confirmation that you “won.” You don’t even have to order the pizza at that exact moment. Domino’s will give you a few days to redeem the free pizza. Once you’re ready, put the address on and the website will locate the nearest Domino’s place where you could pick it up. I ordered mine after my husband got off work then he stopped at the place to pick it up. Easy peasy process.

So how was the artisan pizza? It was really really really good. I love the thin crust, the herbs and seasonings were perfect, and the spinach & feta cheese toppings were divine. Our only complain is that it’s small which is actually how Domino’s Artisan Pizzas are supposed to be. For $7.99 a piece it would be more satisfying to order the other options too which are Tuscan Salami and Roasted Veggies, Italian Sausage and Pepper Trio, and Chicken and Bacon Carbonara. That or you can order 2 or 3 of the same filling combination. It’s up to you.

Since I only won 1 artisan pizza I made a pork, carrots, and napa cabbage lo mein to go along with it. And for dessert, I made flan(sans cream cheese). Dinner that weekend was delicious.

I saw a quesadilla version of the spinach and feta combo on Pinterest and I’ve been dying to try it. Now, I see your spinach and feta pizza and I can’t decide anymore whether to made pizza or quesadillas. LOL

Hahaha, that’s always our predicament, no? That quesadilla sounds really good. Must make that sometime :)
