Turkey Meatballs In Corabella Mezzaluna Ravioli

I’m still going through the various Corabella pasta that I received from the company to try. The family is enjoying the simple dishes I’ve come with that’s for sure. This time around I used the Mezzaluna Ravioli to go along with the turkey meatballs. The raviolis are stuffed with 4 cheeses which includes ricotta and Gorgonzula.

In a bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, dried basil, an egg, sprinkles of salt and pepper.

Form small turkey balls. Place them in a sheet pan, then bake in a preheated oven of 355° for 30-35 minutes.

While the meatballs are cooking in the oven, boil water to cook the pasta in. Drain the water out then set aside.

In another small pot, melt 1/2 stick of butter. Add 3/4 cup of cream or milk, and about a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese. Whisk everything together to blend.

Once the turkey meatballs are cooked gently pull them away from the sheet pan.

Add the turkey meatballs into the cooked pasta, then pour the cheese sauce as well. Season with with dried a sprinkle of dried basil, salt and pepper. Stir together.
