5-Ingredient Potato Gnocchi With Beef and Black Olives

I’m really enjoying the potato gnocchi from Corabella. I’ve cooked a few simple and easy dishes with it ever since I made the Baked Potato Gnocchi With Spinach and Ricotta Cheese. Besides the water for boiling, you’ll only need 5 ingredients more with this dish.

Boil water in a pot. Add the gnocchis to cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.

In a sauté pan, brown the ground beef. Discard the grease from the beef.

Season with salt, black pepper, carlic powder, dried basil and dried oregano. Stir.

Stir in half a jar of Alfredo sauce.

Add the gnocchis and black olives.

Add 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, stir everything around.

There you go. Sprinkle more grated Parmesan cheese on your plate if you like. I highly recommend you do.
