Grilled Curry Pork Chops

This is the main dish that was accompanied by the sautéed cabbage & bacon side dish. Nothing too complicated, just a combination of ingredients as the marinade, then thrown in the grill because the weather was so nice for grilling, in February.

INGREDIENTS:
4 pork chops
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
juice of 1 lemon wedge
less than a tsp of curry paste
sprinkle of black pepper

Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon, curry paste, and black pepper in a container. Add the pork chops to marinate overnight or at 3-4 hours before grilling.

Grill the chops , 8-10 minutes each side.

Perfect for summer grilling, no? Enjoy!
