Grilled London Broil

Weather has been great. On February. I mean seriously. We had the A/C cranked up in the car yesterday. And even in the house now. So perfect for grilling. So my husband did. A nice piece of London Broil that’s supposed to be broiled, hence the name, which my husband will tell me all the time coz I once ruined (in his opinion) a nice piece of London Broil for cooking it in the crock-pot. London Broil must be cooked in the broiler so it’s tender with the broiled taste, I guess. Or you could also grill it.
INGREDIENTS:
about 3 pounds of London Broil
3 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of olive oil
juice of 1 lemon wedge
sprinkle of black pepper
Combine ingredients #2 -#5 in a bowl. Add the London broil to marinade for 30 minutes to an hour.
For medium rare, grill each side for 7-8 minutes.

Let the sit meat for 5-8 minutes before slicing. You Must, You Must, You Must, let the meat rest for a bit.

Served with sautéed veggies and Lipton pasta sides. I sautéed red peppers and zucchini for our veggie side. It was nice to taste grilled meat again. There’s just something about grilled flavoring that’s near to my heart. So to speak.
