You can either make this baked hoisin-balsamic chicken drumsticks for dinner or a casual get-together. Find the hoisin sauce in any Asian stores or the Asian aisle at any grocery stores.

INGREDIENTS:
a pack of chicken drumsticks
1 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
sprinkle of Italian Seasoning
sprinkle of red pepper flakes (optional)

Marinade the drumsticks with the hoisin sauce, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes overnight or 3 to 4 hours before baking.

Bake in the preheated oven (355°) 35-40 minutes. You can also grill the chicken but I suggest you parboil the drumsticks first before marinating, then grilling. This way you don’t bite into burnt skin and raw meat.

If you take the red pepper flakes out I’m sure the kids would be eating these drumsticks up. It’s sweet and tangy figer lickin’ good drumsticks.
