
Another too simple dish from 2010 that never made in this foodblog until now. There’s actually a broiled pork steaks version of this Pan-Fried Spicy Mustard Lamb Chops which I posted back in October 2010. Now make it with lamb chops via pan-frying method.
INGREDIENTS:
2 pieces of lamb chops
1/2 cup(+ a little bit more) spicy brown mustard
oil for pan-frying

Coat each side of the lamb chops with the spicy brown mustard.

Heat up oil in a skillet. Fry each side of the lamb chops, 8-10 minutes or longer on each side. Depending how you like your lamb chops cooked.

That’s it. Serve with whatever sides you’ve got. I picked buttered corn and Parmesan couscous.
