The venison loin came from my brother-in-law. I actually didn’t plan on posting this here since the recipe is really not that special. I just put together a few spices with olive oil then roasted it in the oven. But I changed my mind after I showed my husband how easy it was to slice the loin medallions with my new Yoshi Blade knife which he gave me for my birthday. I was so impressed at how perfectly cooked the venison loin was. My husband was impressed too. I mean I couldn’t believe myself how perfect it was.

Preheat the oven to 355°. Combine a couple of drizzles of olive oil, drizzles of Worcestershire sauce, sprinkle of chili powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper and salt. Whisk the whole thing together.

Coat the venison with the mixture, place it in a baking dish then stick it in the oven to book for 30 to 35 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it sit for 8-10 minutes before slicing.

That’s all.
