Steak Salad With Red Wine Vinegar & Mustard Vinaigrette
My husband and I have come to a realization a couple of days ago that steaks from Wal-Mart sucks. But that’s another post in the making which has a connection with this steak salad. He was so disappointed with the Wal-Mart steaks a few days ago so we went to a local meat place to shop for meat. To make up for that wasted dinner, I made steaks for dinner last night cooking up the steaks from the butcher place.

So that’s his big fat steak with sautéed yellow squash and Lipton pasta shells.

This is the half of my medium steak, sliced thinly in strips on top of organic mixed greens which consisted of baby lettuces, baby greens (frisee, arugula..) and radicchio drizzled with a vinaigrette.

It’s so simple to make. Just whisk together red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning and a little bit of spicy brown mustard. VOILA, a steak salad dinner for MOI!
