2-Ingredient Broiled Pork Steaks

Sometimes you don’t need to combine so many ingredients to create a dish. A simple and easy pork dish can be achieved with 2 ingredients. Just 2 ingredients? Really? YES!!! And it’s delicious I might add.

INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of pork steak
1/2 cup(+ a little bit more) spicy brown mustard

I told yah 2 ingredients. Combine the two in a marinating bowl. Coat both sides with the mustard. Don’t use the whole bottle of mustard, just 1/2 cup + a little bit more like I said in the ingredients list. The pork steaks are long enough to cut in half to make 4 slices of pork steaks. Marinate the pork for 30 minutes.

Once marinated, place in a broiling pan, then broil one side for about 10 minutes. Turn the steaks over then broil the other side for another 10 minutes. Take them out of the oven. Let the pork steaks rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

That’s it. No more no less. Don’t worry, once the spicy brown mustard cooks, the flavor somehow tastes subtle. If you weren’t the one cooking it, you wouldn’t even know it was used at all.

Served with pasta & broccoli salad(recipe will be posted later).
