How To Eat Pork Rinds

pork-rinds

I like pork rinds, you like pork rinds, who doesn’t like pork rinds? The best pork rinds are the ones in hugs bags. Or the ones from the butcher place. Don’t get the small bags with shiny packaging from grocery stores. I used to get them but once I started buying my pork rinds at the butcher place where I buy our pork supply, and I haven’t bought it anywhere else since.

Now onto the best way to eat pork rinds/chicharones. Most people would just eat it from a bag. I eat my pork rinds by dipping it into a vinegar, salt and red pepper flakes mixture. You don’t have to add red pepper flakes if you don’t want to. The main dip involves vinegar and a little bit of salt. I taught my husband and a few friends to eat pork rinds this way and they all love it. Try it next time.

FYI, I didn’t eat the entire bag in 1 sitting. The huge bag actually lasts about 2 weeks :) .
