Burger King’s  Burger King Double Stacker is currently my favorite from BK these days. That bacon is really good. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still a Junior Whopper kind of girl hehe. But yeah, Burger King Double Stacker is good. We do indulge on fast food burgers once in a while, especially when out on errands and we had to grab something quick. However, as much as possible, we like making burgers at home as well. Hubs and I don’t really like the premade patties. We prefer making them ourselves. My husband’s “signature” burger to make is the Black & Blue Burger. I just make regular cheese burgers with lettuce and tomato slice sometimes. Last week day I decided to make Bacon & Cheese Burger.

INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds of ground beef
sprinkle of Italian Seasoning

sprinkle of salt
sprinkle of Zatarains’ Blackened seasoning (+ more)

3/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

cooked bacon strips

cheese slices
wheat burger buns, ketchup, spicy brown mustard

In a big bowl, combine beef Italian seasoning, salt, blackened seasoning, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix everything together with your hands.

Get a fistful size of the meat mixture and form into a patty. Do this until you have all the patties you need.

Cook the patties in a either the grill,  griddle pan, or non-stick pan. Add the cheese slices on top at the very end to slighly melt.

In another non-stick pan, cook the bacon strips, then set aside.

I love your recipe for bacon cheese burger where you used different seasonings, not our usual ones. This looks delish! Must try it soon. Thanks for the burger recipe & kind comments on my blog :-)
