There’s nothing special or secret ingredient about this Grilled Tilapia with sliced tomatoes and cilantro as a side condiment. But it sure was delicious :) .

The whole tilapia had been scaled and gutted when I bought it. The fish actually came in a 2-pack set for $7 at Wal-Mart Supercenter. All I had to do was cut 2 slits on both sides of the fish before grilling.

Then I sliced a couple of tomatoes, chopped a few sprigs of cilantro, seasoned it with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to finish it. If I added chopped onion then I’d call it a pico de gallo side condiment.

Eat with warm white rice and enjoy!
