Fast & Easy Halloween Cupcakes
At the last minute, I remembered to make something for Halloween. Not that I forgot that Halloween is on Saturday. It’s just I haven’t actually made any effort to make anything besides buy pumpkins and nagged the Hubby to carve them
. But I remember yesterday that maybe I should make cupcakes for the kids. Good thing I have a well-stocked pantry to save the day.
Pizza “Bruschetta”
My 3 yr old daughter is currently on a phase where she’s only eating the toppings off of her pizza. She picks the pepperoni or sausages, mushrooms, olives, etc off and then she’s done. Last Friday we had take-out pizza which also provided us lunch the following day since we also has antipasto, wings and garlic bread with the pizza so it was inevitable we’ll have leftovers.
Lamb Kilawen

Salmon Fish Taco W/ Guacamole & Pico de Gallo
I have been dying to make fish tacos ever since I saw Bobby Flay’s Fish Taco Throwdown episode. If you’re a patient enough person making fish tacos is not that hard at all. There’s just a lot of deep frying involved but it’s also ok to skip one deep-frying step. That’s exactly what I did. I also changed a couple of components which if you are a fish taco aficionado, you’ll see them instantly in the picture…
Toasted Peppers French Bread
I didn’t bake this toasted peppers French bread myself. I like to buy our supply at local bakeries or the grocery stores. This one was from WalMart Supercenter’s bakery for less than $2 I think. I can’t remember the exact price.
