Pork Sisig With Chili Garlic Sauce

pork-sisig-chili-garlic-sauce

We’ve just moved into our new house so we were eating fast food burgers and take out pizza for about a week. I was craving for something pork and homemade but definitely quick to make as soon as I’ve unpacked all my kitchen boxes and finally got some groceries. Pork Sisig was what I’ve thought of instantly.

INGREDIENTS :

  • 2-3 pork chops
  • 3 sprigs of scallions, chopped finely
  • soy sauce
  • lemon juice
  • red pepper flakes, sprinkle
  • black pepper
  • 1 tsp of chili garlic sauce
  • oil for frying

Fry the pork chops on both sides. Once cooked, slice ‘em up in cubes.

Combine the sliced pork, scallions, soy sauce, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, black pepper and chili garlic sauce. Stir everything together.

Serve with rice. I was cooking the rice in my rice cooker while I was frying the pork. It surely satiated my craving for a rice & pork lunch which I needed so badly after hours of unpacking boxes. YUMMY :)
