    Pinky, yup, my old wood rolling pin as a pain to clean. this non-stick one is a breeze.

    now i realize a non-stick rolling pin is very important after dealing with those walnut cups!:) thanks for the link on the tart press…quite inexpensive ha…i just need to get other stuffs to maximize the minimum s/h cost;) hehe…and wish i get that kitchenaid for our anniv this saturday! haha!

    Hi Connie, I can’t remember but my husband said it’s Farberware. It could be Nordic Ware as well. I was so excited about it that I threw the packaging as soon as I opened it :) .
