  1. Your sushi looks very delicious. I honestly thought it was store bought and not homemade.

    It is good you did not have any problems rolling the seaweed. I know they sell this little bamboo mat, which they use to roll and form the sushi. You might want to look for that in the local Asian stores.

    Clicking away. i have the rolling mat ar part of a sushi beginners kit. used it years ago when I started making my own sushi. I don’t use anymore. I’ve gotten used to rolling it on my own :)

    That looks yummy! I haven’t tasted authentic sushi before and I stick to the California Roll because I am quite hesitant to try them…. hehehe :)

    Jea, use smoked salmon. There’s also lobster flakes and I guess imitation crabs.

  7. I really enjoy reading your posts, i just used this website SwapmySeeds.com, as a way of giving away my unused seeds. Anyone know what I can sell them for? I have maybe 60 chrysanthemum seeds left.
